Banja Luka, the capital of Serbian held Republika Srpska. This notice
makes no mention of the 1500 children killed by Serbian action in
Sarajevo, or the Srebrenica massacre. Banja Luka is largely undamaged,
except for what had been Bosnian dwellings. Muslims are beginning to
return to Banja Luka
